Tarmac Driveways

A hard wearing, good value finish laid over a properly built base. From a single car drive to a large multi car frontage, we handle the whole job from dig out to final roll.

Resin Bound Driveways

A smooth, modern, low maintenance finish in a wide choice of colours. Resin bound gravel is slip resistant, UV stable and permeable, so it drains rather than pooling.

Block Paving

A smart, hard wearing finish with real kerb appeal. Choose your style, colour and laying pattern, set on a proper base with clean edge courses throughout.

Driveway Repairs

Cracked, sunken or worn out? A targeted repair often restores a driveway for a fraction of the cost of a full replacement. We repair tarmac, resin and block paved surfaces.

South Surfacing Ltd is a family run business with over 25 years of hands on experience in the paving and surfacing trade. We are based in Croydon and we work right across South London, Greater London and parts of Kent, including Sidcup, Bromley, Bexleyheath and Orpington.

Whether it is a new driveway, a dropped kerb or a large scale road resurfacing job, we approach every project the same way. We do not cut corners, we do not use cheap materials, and we build the base properly so the surface on top of it lasts. That is the whole difference between a driveway that looks good for twenty years and one that cracks in three.

It depends on the size, the surface you choose, how much old material has to be removed and whether the base needs rebuilding. We do not publish a price per square metre because it would be misleading. We will come out, measure up and give you a written quote with no obligation.
